Greg Steves Builders provided a bid to build our home in November 1997, as one of three prime contractors I had picked. Greg provided the most detailed bid that I could have asked for and then followed my design for the as to the details with excellent quality of materials and workmanship. My background as a Mechanical Engineer allowed me to be my own designer of the home and to have a good handle in evaluating cost details of the subcontractors estimates. Greg worked with me to reduce some of his subcontractors bids. Our home was finished on time and within budget. Greg maintained a clean worksite even though the construction was done during an El Nino stormy period.Greg personally supervised the subcontractors work on a daily basis. As a result of his attention to the details of the plans, I have only good things to say as to his honesty and integrity as a builder.
